  • The "Die Wichtel" daycare center run by the private organization Beruf und Kind e.V. in Heidelberg.
  • A family-complementary community facility for the full-day care of 88 children aged 6 months to school age 3 nursery groups, 1 small kindergarten group, and 2 large kindergarten groups
  • A multi-professional team
  • An educational concept based on the Baden-Württemberg orientation plan, core groups and double groups, a focus on diversity (inclusion and cultural diversity), and a hands-on educational partnership
 

You are a good fit for us if:

  • You are completing or want to complete an educational training program and are looking for a training company for your professional recognition year or the practical part of your PiA training starting on August 1 or September 1, 2024.
  • You are prepared to work with children at a high educational level and enjoy working with them, their families, and as part of a team.
