The Beruf und Kind e.V. association
The increasing demand for childcare outside the home is largely due to the commitment of working mothers who want to balance family and career. This commitment led to the creation of the association Beruf und Kind (BuK) e. V.
BuK e.V. is the sponsor of the private daycare center "Die Wichtel" and, as such, is responsible for the facility. It makes decisions about finances and the operation of the daycare center and is the employer of the staff.
The association is financed by membership fees and donations and has set itself the goal of enabling parents with children to pursue careers.

The board of the Beruf und Kind (BuK) e.V. association
The duties of the board, as well as its election and term of office, are regulated in the association's statutes.
The work of the board is voluntary, and every member of the association is eligible for election to the board. The term of office is usually two years.
The current board consists of the following persons:
