Register child

Dear families, we are delighted that you are interested in a place at our facility.

 

You can register using our registration form below or via the City of Heidelberg's central daycare reservation system:

Once we have received your registration, we will send you confirmation that your child has been added to our waiting list.
 

The following criteria apply when allocating places at the facility:
 

  1. Place on the waiting list
  2. Siblings
  3. Group strucutre in the facility
  4. Desired admission date
  5. Parental involvement in the association (board work)

Places for the coming kindergarten year are allocated in the spring (from February at the earliest). If your child is offered a place, we will contact you by email. If you have not heard from us by the end of May, unfortunately your child could not be considered.


Please understand that due to high demand, we are unable to arrange individual viewing appointments. We offer regular parent information evenings for all interested families, where we present our facility and our concept and you can view our premises.
